Refund policy


Please contact support@exaltedfuneral.com to start a ticket for any refunds, exchanges, missing or damaged items. 

 

Returns

Our return policy is 30 Days from the date of receipt by the customer. 

Only US Domestic orders are eligible to be returned for a refund. We do not offer international returns at this time. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Used items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable PDF products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  •  Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Missing or Damaged Items

If you are missing an item or receive a damaged item due to our fault, we will replace the item(s) and cover the cost of the shipping fee for the the replacement item(s). We may send you a return label to have you ship them item back to us, if applicable. 

In certain situations a claim may be needed with the shipping company. The Exalted Funeral representative will follow up with the customer with more information, if applicable. 

 

Shipping Items for Return

Once you are in contact with us via support@exaltedfuneral.com we will provide you with the appropriate return label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@exaltedfuneral.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

 

Some exceptions may apply to the above policy, depending upon the circumstance. Our customers are very important to us and we will try to work with you to find the best and fair outcome. Please do not hesitate to contact us! Thanks!
