I think solo youtubers offer the most to learn about RPGs. Like if you can run an interesting game for yourself, and surprise yourself, and discover wonder all alone, you definitely can with a group. Geek Gamers is one of the best.
I didn't forget about Me Myself & Die and the Dungeon Dive, they're good too.
